Offering you as many fresh, local products as possible is very important to us. So, from 8am to 10am, our team welcomes you to a gourmet self-service buffet breakfast. You'll be able to sample different types of bread from the Marc Favalessa bakery in Rousset, viennoiseries with PDO butter, extra-fresh organic hard-boiled eggs from the Trets agricultural cooperative, cakes baked by our chef and his brigade, a granola bar made in our own kitchen, as well as a selection of savoury products (ham, cheese and smoked salmon), fruit juices and jams from Alain Millat, a spread made by our team, honey made in part from the hives on our property by the beekeeper "Les abeilles de Lisette", filter coffee.
